Source: Kentaro Miura, the creator of Berserk, has passed away

According to reports he had acute aortic dissection which means that layer of aorta tears. It's very serious condition and many patients die before reaching hospital so the death must have been sudden :(

I wasn't following Berserk's manga, but I know many that were and I had seen the OG anime. Berserk has always been regarded classic and must see in the community and i know that Miura was super talented. It's rly sad day to hear him pass away and suddenly like this too.

Such a shame.

Berserk will forever stand as one of the greatest works of modern fantasy, shame it will never be complete but whatever we got of it was of the highest quality. Gutts and Griffith will be always remembered as 2 of the greatest characters ever created. The story, the character work, the art, always top notch.

Not a big fan of Berserk but Miura was one of most talented magakas, his art really spoke for him... RIP to a legend.
