VIXX is getting concept kings competitors.

The MV is a masterpiece, the narrative is great, the instrumental is epic and really really well composed. I am still not sold on their vocals, at some parts they sound too squeaky. Overall, this is an amazing debut and judging by the end of the MV they plan to do this epic concept for a while.

I like it, especially the hook (0:59). I found the chorus to be a little weird when I first listened, but I think it's just the start of it -- it gets better by "Say na-na-na-na-na." I'm excited to see what else they come out with. Haven't listened to the album yet, but I like this concept. Definitely grows on me every time I listen to it.

I feel the same way. I was really hyped for their MV as youtube kept recommending them to me and I really did watch all the teasers :D, but I have to admit I was slightly disappointed by the song itself. But I feel like the more you listen to it, the more it grows on you. I really like their concept, it is different and I like different. Really refreshing to see a group that is trying something else.
I still hasn´t listened to the whole album but @kinnie is already a fan, so I suppose it must be worth it :). I am hoping to devote myself to them today.

So finally I got to listen to the mini-album and here's my takeaway:

In short, all tracks slap and the intro is very epic. B-sides do depart from the epic feel of Excalibur, but none of them feel like filler songs.
