They're serious? What happened to job titles such as "Marketing Director"? Is this so they don't have to hire anyone?

Exactly. I don't know about anyone else, but doing this makes the company seem a bit shady.
They could monitor the group's popularity after they debuted and have hopefully attained fans/followers that way like other companies.

But, I guess they are desperate and just want to jump the gun now a.k.a. get instant result. 👎

Also, isn't that kind of blackmailing the group by telling them "Hey, we'll give you Visas only if IG followers hit one million. So just wait."
