I don't know if these groups are rock but these are both kpop and non-kpop groups that give me the rock vibe (or alt/metal). Very much inspired by today's card challenge. Here's only just a few:

Synsnake:

Messgram:

Passcode:

Babymetal:

Dreamcatcher:

Rolling Quartz:

Arch Enemy:

I don't know if these groups are rock

Synsnake, Messgram, Passcode all sound very much like melodic death metal to me.

Baby Metal is heavy metal influenced for sure.

Dreamcatcher are heavy rock, sometimes elements of melodic metal.

Rolling Quartz are rock.

Arch Enemy is death metal.

Metal has a lot of subgenres, I still discover new ones to this day lmfao

Also wow everytime I hear Passcode all I can think of is Epsilon album from Blood Stain Child (which is also a Japanese metal band)
