KPOP stans who argue for meaningful lyrics have clearly never heard this song (1 Viewer)

[Day]

The biggest, most impactful song in this genre:

Some things can just be fun, not everything has to have a deep meaning behind it.

[seoriverse]

gee gee gee 😭 baby baby 😭

[RockyGoose]

When they sang "gee gee gee gee baby baby baby gee gee gee gee baby baby baby", I felt it.
How poetic.

The most iconic lyrics of the generation

It took me a couple of years to realize they were blatantly promoting themselves, too, while other fans may have picked it up immediately.
Think about it ~ ♫ GG GG, baby, baby, baby... ♫

Yup, the Gee era was when I fell for them.

And this was age-appropriate. Then, when they became more popular throughout the years and as the girls became older, SM grew their music to young women / mature concepts.

[Tickita]

This is meaningful; I sob when I hear this song

Naur that's giving them too much credit when they fucked up 127's schedule this year and also forget to put Doyoung pc's in their albums

[SnowWhite]

Honestly I don't find it that bad, it's actually cute. An innocent girl expressing her feelings while being shy. I've seen worse, not that I care about lyrics of a language I don't understand tho.

[Misakii]

Gee Gee Gee Gee Gee Gee Gee Gee

[Day]

Gee Gee Gee Gee Gee Gee Gee Gee

Baby baby bay baby

[Yili]

Well I have to say that one of my favorite stray kids songs literally has barking in it and that's my favorite part is to scream woof woof so I don't have any high ground to stand on here

Deeply impactful music, my life really never was the same

[Abeamus]

Yeah I don't get the fixation on meaning as meaningful music comes from those who just want to make it rather than forced to make it
