actually this is often included in behind the scences videos of different groups (at least in part) so yeah often they do practice together

5 minutes was just a random guess honestly, it's probably different in every situation. Like some idols want to take mane differnent takes to perfect it, others might be more relaxed about it, some have prior knolwedge, others see it for the first time
