The official website for Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Cosmos the Movie, the two-part anime film project adapting the final "Shadow Galactica" arc of Naoko Takeuchi's original Sailor Moon manga, announced on Wednesday that the second film has cast Keiko Kitagawa as Sailor Cosmos. Kitagawa made her acting debut as Sailor Mars/Rei Hino 20 years ago in the 2003 live-action Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon television series. The franchise's YouTube channel began streaming a promotional video that highlights the character and her voice:
