I baked shortbread biscuits.

Salmon.

Put salt and pepper on salmon fillets and bake at 350 degrees F for 18 minutes. (Bake a few minutes longer if your oven is not a convection one.) That's it.

Any sauce you want (e.g., teriyaki) goes on after it comes out of the oven.
