Everyone (even Blinks) complain about how Jennie is the ‘most pushed’ in BLACKPINK and how that’s why she’s always on top of brand value rankings. When the truth is so obvious:
JENNIE TOPS THE LIST BECAUSE JENNIE IS A BRAND. JENNIE IS NOT THE MOST PUSHED IN BLACKPINK, BLACKPINK WAS MADE TO PUSH JENNIE
iN FACT, BIGBANG WAS MADE TO PROMOTE JENNIE.
Do any of them look like idol material to you? Back then Jennie was too young and nugu to just release into the world (although putting ‘Jennie’ and ‘nugu’ in the same sentence feels wrong now, hahaha) so they needed to make BIGBANG and make BIGBANG famous so they would be good oppas for Jennie. GD was given a solo career to promote Jennie . He’s a rapper and not even a good one. All the songs he made led up to That XX so they could introduce Jennie to us. This is why I will always be grateful for BIGBANG and VIPs for making BIGBANG famous
TEDDY BROKE UP WITH HAN YE SEUL TO WRITE SOLO.
They dated for 4 years and were in love. Why did they break up?? Jennie has said in interviews that she CO-WROTE, CO-PRODUCED, CO-REOGRAPHED SOLO since BLACKPINK was made in 2016. Then, YG tasked TEDDY with the job of writing her debut song. It was very hard and took him 2 years (why do you think BP has so few comebacks??) but he did it. NG famous.
2NE1 DISBANDED SO JENNIE COULD PROMOTE.
CL was so scared of Jennie she ran away to hide in America. She only came back to Korea recently now that BLACKPINK is doing a world tour.

THE REASON WHY LISA DEBUTED
Of couse YG couldn"t afford to get Jennie foot massages everyday and she didn"t want to wash the dishes. So YG had the most brilliant idea.He made Lisa debut so Jennie can have a personal servant 24/7 even when they are on a tour. That"s the real reason #RESPECTLISA trended, Jennie`s impact.
WHY JISOO DEBUTED.
YG`s Princess of course didn't wanna be the worst dancer so YG decided to debut Jichuu so Jichuu can take the spotlight as the worst dancer
