I don't know what that is, but you are going way overboard here how fragile and weak you portrait the idols to be, just because they are slim

Most of them are trained to dance for hours on end during concerts

Les Stroud is the real deal, but he wouldn't make a fool out of himself (contrary to Mr. 'Man vs Wild'). He wouldn't train IVE.

Having said that, I like watching 'Man vs. Wild' for entertaining purposes. But in a real survival situation, I'd go with Les.
