Eh I don't think this is really a problem unless someone genuinely believes homosexuals don't actually exist but that's far more a problem with that person nowadays.

There are going to be people who see 2 girls or 2 guys making out as hot and aren't the same gender which people who are comfortable with that stuff can use it to their advantage to get a guy or girl.

If this counts as damaging then so is idols doing it as fan service because they are both situations of people doing something to please someone else's fantasies.

Well, barsexuality has been around for a long time then if it means women kissing and making out with each other for a man's amusement
I can definitely see how this can hurt women who are in same-sex relationships as they are not taken seriously and they get perverted guys coming up to them randomly etc, which is a problem in society.

Since there can be no same-sex relationships, it's much harder and since there isn't that much lgbt content, when there is actual lgbt content, the lgbt community accepts it since that is the only bit of content they get...only if the idols are comfortable with it though.
There is a difference between being forced and being uncomfortable with it and it not being forced and they do actually like each other in that way.
Of course, we can't really tell if a couple really likes each other in that way, but we can separate the idols who do it for attention to the idols who are into the other idol or genuinly support LGBT rights.

It does get annoying when bisexuals are never recognized or taken seriously because of people like that... even by the gay community itself. Even on dating apps, straight people do approach bi people thinking that we’d be totally ok with threesomes or whatever just because we’re bi. Lol rip.

Women don't get beaten and raped directly because of that, they get beaten and raped because the man is a psychopath and that can happen if a woman simply turns a man down does that mean we should stop women turning down men as well? That idea just sounds ridiculous.

You can't know if it is forced though like a recent example would be Soyeon writing Oh My God as Cube would have to sign off on everything she does but it could have even been Cube who told her to go in that direction since Cube does seem to try to appeal to different markets with (G)I-dle.

In what way is it the womens fault how certain men cross the line though? Let's take your example and say a guy has never had it where he's approached 2 girls who are actually dating and they've always been pretending, now let's say they explicitly state i'm with my girlfriend and show no interest, isn't it then the guys fault if he proceeds?
