the only cooking fail I had was making tomatoes with minced meat inside
I don't know any cooking time of meat and I just stop cooking my meat when I feel it's done
Well the middle of the minced meat was slightly raw still but it's ok

idk if this really counts but one time I was making apple fritters and when I went to cut the apples I for some reason went to cut an apple in half It seriously took me about three minutes to remember that apples have a core all throughout it
