Im the same way with "umm"... I keep using it as a filler word because I feel silence is weird(tho it's really not) so I say umm in between thinking about the next thing I'm going to say

I am not sure I have a word that I use a lot now, but in highschool I would use the word "like" a lot which at one point made my teacher tell me to stop saying it during a job roleplay lol

But with Lily I am sooooooooooooo used to hearing her say "anyway" lol like each time I hear her she says it
