list some foods that would be considered "weird" where you're from, but really want to try
i think the ones i want to try that'd be considered "weirdest" here in the US is escargot, a variety of different fish eggs, and blood sausage.

especially with blood sausage its ironic because people love to eat things such as steak still half alive, yet cringe at the thought of a sausage made with the leftovers of cut meat, including the blood.
