they did, even the abomination known as radio eska blessed their listeners (and poor public transport users) with it sometimes the latest conan album was sooo good, i love the 80s pop sound on it. i would die to hear it on the polish radio instead of MIASTO WCIĄGA MNIE COŚ TAM PRZED DWUNASTĄ or KOLOR TWOICH UUUUST TAM NA NIEBIE or my #1 enemy that is JAK SŁODKO KWAŚNE ŻELKI KILKA ZDARTYCH PŁYT with the same phrase repeated 3947374 times afterwards... like my dear YOU are the zdarta płyta

it depends on the driver here, some of them have radio eska or the local station (which has a dj who plays annalisa songs so this one's acceptable) but one also somehow got a connection to a radio station from a different area that plays śląskie szlagiery tbh i like the "fajnopolak" kind of polish music as background noise but once a song gets overplayed to death it becomes my #1 enemy, especially since i easily memorise the words so i have those ambitne teksty stuck in my head at random moments like NIGDY NIE DAŁEŚ ZNAĆ NIE POWIEDZIAŁEŚ SŁOWAAA or CHCE JUŻ MIEĆ DOOOM as a kid i used to make fun of older songs with ridiculous lyrics but at this point bananowy song or monika dziewczyna ratownika are lyrical masterpieces in comparison. but if that were up to me, i'd suggest trashy polish pop and disco polo should team up to defeat the true enemy... polish rap
