Idk anything about Kakao M as company, so I can't tell if OP is exaggerating but I can confirm that X X is not yet on Loona's official Spotify because of this situation. The same goes for the physical albums, just one album is charting on Hanteo, so the sales are incomplete...


But not everything is bad news, fellow Orbits. Yves and Yeojin were seen in the broadcast for their comeback stage on Mcountdown. At least, they seem to feel better.

Kakao bought Loen a few years ago, including all of Loen's sublabels, home to horrifically mismanaged and defunct artists like Fiestar (Fave) and Melody Day (Creker). There are even conspiracy theories going around that Kakao is doing this on purpose because they have a majority stake in Starship, whose group Monsta X just had a comeback. I won't comment on this because who really knows, but they've made a complete mess of this release, including delaying the release of the B, Limited A and Limited B versions of the album for a whole week, which may affect show eligibility, in addition to the other issues pointed out in the OP. The album is getting good press coverage and already beating or projecting to top metrics for the + + album and Hi High single, but a lot of chart momentum was lost due to the several hours long removal of the album from iTunes on release day, and the full impact of delayed physical album availability remains to be seen.
