Main dish or side dish? (1 Viewer)

My mom made dinner tonight and we were debating on if its a side dish or main dish. It’s a scalloped potato dish with hamburger… I say it’s a side dish, my mom feels its a main dish because it has meat in it.

What do you guys think?
