Main dish or side dish? (1 Viewer)

[Wingfrost]

My mom made dinner tonight and we were debating on if its a side dish or main dish. It’s a scalloped potato dish with hamburger… I say it’s a side dish, my mom feels its a main dish because it has meat in it.

What do you guys think?

Come back again for another original thread tomorrow

Main dish

I say main dish if that's the only thing accompanies other small dishes.

That’s definitely main dish but it’s sounds really main course (And delicious)

We didn’t like it sadly

Side dish. It doesn't have the right proportions for a main.

generally if a dish has meat in it it's a main dish no?

I guess it also depends on the portion size?

Either way it’s food and you eat it so that’s all you need to know

Technically I only ate a bite because it was yucky

Dang, it was that bad? I knew you said you didn’t like it but that’s pretty bad then

It sounded like a main dish to me because a hamburger was included.

[StirFriedPanda]

Don't matter as long as it tasted good cuz it all ends the same way.

It was really salty/cheesy and greasy.
