The statement reads:

"Hello, this is RBW.
Recently, MAMAMOO member Hwasa was practicing the choreography for the title track of her solo mini album when she suddenly felt pain in her lower back. She went to the hospital and underwent a detailed examination.
It is not a major injury, but it is possible that it will become worse as she continues to promote. It was the medical experts’ opinion that she needs a period of rest and stability.
As a result, Hwasa will not be participating in the KCON:TACT 2020 performance scheduled for June 25. Hwasa’s future activities will be determined by the status of her recovery.
We ask for the understanding of the fans who love MAMAMOO, and we will do our best to manage our artists’ condition so that they can promote in good health.

MAMAMOO is scheduled to perform as part of the lineup for KCON:TACT 2020, an online event that is taking place from June 20 to June 26. Hwasa was also gearing up for the release of her first solo mini album, “María,” on June 29.

ATEEZ’s Seonghwa will not be taking part in the group’s performance at KCON:TACT 2020 this week.

On June 23, ATEEZ’s fan cafe shared the following statement:

Hello. This is KQ Entertainment.
We are writing regarding ATEEZ member Seonghwa’s hip joint injury and his participation in future scheduled activities.
During a recent modern dance lesson, Seonghwa experienced pain near his hip joint. He went for an examination at a medical clinic specializing in that area, and he has been diagnosed with a mild sprain.
While it is a minor injury, he has been advised by the medical team to avoid intense movement for about two weeks, in order to avoid the worsening or relapse of the injury. Therefore, Seonghwa will only be taking part in the Meet & Greet segment of ‘KCON:TACT 2020 Summer’ on June 26, and it would be difficult for him to take part in the performance.
We will inform you about whether or not Seonghwa will be taking part in upcoming activities through the schedule on the official website.
