No I mean more physically tired, I had long days at cheerleading mentally and physically so it tired me out

Stay strong.

Cheerleading is such an underrated sport. Just seeing all the stunts for one performance gives me whiplash.
I remember doing cheer when I was like 7. I was the only one who couldn't do a cartwheel and I realized that I should stick with being apart of the crowd.
