so i found out today that i get essential tremors (in my hands)
to save you trouble of looking it up, it is a neurological condition (that has no cure) and what happens is i get uncontrollably shaky, especially during movement...
i found that, while there is no cure, i can get relief from medications or changing lifestyle choices and the main way is to avoid caffeine...
i say all that only to point out that i've had 5600 mg of caffeine compared to a normal 180 mg

no it was hilarious and it doesn't hurt unless it goes on for a good minute then my wrist starts to get sore
