So I had plans to meet my fam but it was kinda early so I was chilling by the river.
And all of a sudden, this bird lands on the ledge and waddles over to me. He introduces himself as Rupert and he was super friendly.
Not quite fluent in bird but I think he wanted food. Some lady came by and would put cookies on the other side to try to get it away from me.
But after eating the cookie, Rupert would come back. He was very nice.

Then a bunch of people passing by would start taking pictures. Apparently, I was the only one he allowed to take a picture of him. Everyone else, he kinda got mad at.
Then this kid came by and Rupert was scared so he flew away.

Btw, this is legit. A idk why the bird was friendly to me and kept coming back to me despite not having any food but the bird liked me.
And it kept scooting away whenever someone would come to take his picture. The kid also did scare him.
