Prologue

London, England. 1853.

“You must inherit the property or one of our other relatives will snatch it up whilst you aren’t looking!” Aunt Kim said. “What do you mean by ‘others’?” You ask, confused. “As you have more Royal blood than them…” Aunt Kim looked anywhere but you. She turned her attention to one of the Maids who got your day clothes together. You turned to the maid. “Yeji! What is for breakfast today?” You smiled.

”Well, your highness, It is warm pastries from that one boy‘s pastry shop.” Yeji held a soft smirk on her countenance. Your heart skipped a beat as you quickly hid your blushing face. He was the most trusted pastry shop by your family, his family has been making your families pastries for forever.”

After you had your breakfast you went walking in your families yard with Yeji. “Your highness!” You turned Park Jay, your Royal suitor, ran to your side. “How are you?”
“I am doing well, I am just out for a stroll.” You smiled at him. He joined the two of you, as you then set up for a picnic near a tree on a hill.
As your conversed yourself you felt yourself falling backward.

”Princess!” yelled both Jay and Yeji as all you could see was their faces growing smaller and smaller as you fell down a rabbit hole.
You looked around frantically to see if you could grab onto something.
