While I do think BLACKPINK's minis are carefully crafted, and each song can sort of serve as a single, I have to say ITZY's songs are more of my own taste. They have just the perfect amount of mess.

Itzy, I love BLACKPINK's music but I wish they did something more experimental and maybe had a change in song structure. With KTL every song sounded like a cliffhanger like it wasn't finished, but I just wish they did something new, I still love them though. Itzy's music is experimental, each song has tings and dings and it sounds different. I'm not a big fan of their dance breaks but I'm looking forward to what they have in store.

even if my favourite BP songs which are stay and playing with fire are on a single album, i still enjoy their mini albums. itzy's music is just not entirely my thing, i love nobody like you and wannabe (and want it? but it's on a single album so i guess it doesn't count) but that's it, i didn't like icy at all. so my vote here goes to BP.

blackpink songs are definitely more my style, i do love itzy's fun-ness, uniqueness and flavour/concept, you can tell a song is an itzy song from when you first listen to it (my favourites are cherry, want it and wannabe) but i personally love and enjoy blackpink's songs more so i would have to go with blackpink

I really like ITZY and their members more, but BLACKPINK simply brings a different impact and almost all of their songs could serve as a title because they're that good. On the other hand, I'm still not that impressed by ITZY's b-sides, except for a few, but the future is bright and they will continue to grow.
