That "focus your attention" thing is so important. It's a really hard skill, and I'm sure it's really pivotal for him and other idols to figure out how to master it.

I think I’m general it’s hard to be an artist in the public eye - particularly when you are very creative and have to deal with a lot of the criticism of your work, as well as having to balance what you would like to do and what your company wants. Add onto that the peculiarities of idol life and the fact that issues with your group can halt your career very quickly (scandals, injuries, etc).
