Do you have something you do every single morning?

For example, I get up and drink an entire glass of water first thing, to start my day.

Use the bathroom, eat breakfast, take my pills, shower, and get dressed.

Same with the water
must stay hydrated.
Plus release the pup or else bad things happen.
And then proceed to chase him around my kitchen trying to retrieve my house slipper
And then feed him when he's tired. Then my self care routine officially starts

My animals are the first thing I do.
I feed my cats, feed the fish, uncover the birds then go let the chickens out and check their feed. Then I do my usual comb my hair, brush my teeth, etc…
