I grew up watching and waiting for music video's to pop on MTV and other music channels we had here. I'd come from school and await for fresh new music from American artists as the US was booming with so many good groups and singers back then. I think the coming of Youtube gave the first blow to many music related channels as in my country several closed down few years after Youtube came around. MTV in EU was only series lately in the past few years there was no music like in the golden days.

I miss the days there were hiphop/rap/RnB focused time slots on these music channels pumping the newest songs/ music video's. There was also TRL which recently had a one time comeback with all the artists of back then which gave me a blast from the past

girlllllllll MTV was my entire teenhood! Next, Parental Control - you name the dating show, I was watching it! And also TRL and Pimp My Ride - I will never forget any of the shows I mentioned

Cribs, Pimp my ride, Punk'd are all gold. There was also this show inside a library where they could win money if they kept quiet after enduring some painful tests, but I think that one was UK based I am not sure. I think it must have been around 2009 when I saw it. Pretty sure Jackass was also on MTV in it's heyday
