And I can’t deny it’s a little disappointing? It’s not a bad book but the recipes for the most part aren’t inventive, and it feels like there’s a lot of fluff. Like everyone knows how to make a pb&j sandwich, do we really need the book to explain that to us? Shame because I was hoping it would give my sandwhich loving brother more ideas, but at least half the recipes are skips.

I can’t match their art style and creativity in other aspects
But I could probably find better recipes, especially if I broadened it to recipes around the world

History of food would be nice.

Its not the same but I’ve seen lots of things on pinterest for sandwich recipes around the world or most popular ones in each state. You could maybe put a few of those together?
