I was most excited about the food and when we got there, it was the worst food ever. We were mostly in a resort area and a 40-50 minute drive away from the city center so I never actually got a chance to explore for good food x.x
But you're right, to each their own since it's someone else's wedding

I remember one time we went to a wedding that was all outside and there were wasps flying around. I have an extreme fear of bees btw (not allergic, just bawl my eyes out like and infant everytime I get stung). and yes, I know to stay still and they won't bother you, but I just have this irrational fear that even if I do, there's always a chance that it'll still sting me. that was the longest wedding in my life......and the wasps did not help.
