Basically this, it’s a cuff that circulates cold water to help swollen joints

Not that cold actually because for years I actually placed frozen things directly to my skin because I didn’t know that was bad, whereas this time I have a bandage over my knee protecting it from some of the cold/freezer burn. Maybe a 6

It’s not tight at all, just tight enough to stay on. Maybe a 3. And no, it unclips so if I want to go somewhere I can take it off
