i cant swallow pills for my sickness to help it
my roommate is dead (how tf is he dead)
the water is nasty and there is an 8-year-old here who tried to kill herself.

In terms of pills, it's usually okay to crush them between spoons and swallow the powder instead. Ofc with water still. used to have issue swallowing so I did that a lot.
