I was afraid of nightmares. Then I read books about lucid dreaming and started practicing. I still doesn't work all the time but I realized that dreams can't hurt me. Fortunately we don't live in 1428 Elm Street.


I still have nightmares every now and then but now I find them interesting and not scary. Maybe - even if I don't get lucid - my (sub)consciousness mind isn't alarmed anymore after I worked with lucid dreams a few times.

ah fascinating

the voices come into play even when I am sleeping or awake
it is rather annoying

also I see visions that are as such like the voices
I feel trapped in my own self

I had one where the city around us was being bombed so my uncle and brother were packing up everything to leave and run away to a safer place

is it because of the news?
