I experienced a shocking incident over the weekend. One that threatened my life and well being..... My (near) 15 year old daughter threatened to club her dear Dad around the head with a golf club!


It all started when we went out for one of our Father/Daughter days together. The weather was good and we decided on a day at the golf course.
6 holes in and she was kicking my arse (and my pride). It was then that I decided to try antagonising her, to put her off her game.
She wasn't amused and by the 9th Hole, she looked me dead in the eyes and said "Daddy, if you don't stop, I will club you around the head" whilst pointing her club at me in a threatening manner.

I was honestly shocked at just how unsporting she could be - and, fortunately for her, not long after that we called it a day as the heavens opened up and the rain brought us to a draw (according to me anyway).
