It's a saying. Basically, my eldest and myself are incredibly close and we share a lot of the same interests and we actively enjoy spending time together

I really wish I was more like her I am good at absolutely nothing and I cant achieve my 1 dream because of my laziness and constant procastination.

I am so happy to know that! its just so nice when a child can talk with their parents about everything and not feel the need to hide stuff, If I ever have children, I want this type of trust and love with them I do wish I had someone like you in my life growing up, my uncle doesn't know 90% of things about me and I hide nearly everything from him including my real personality

If you ever do have children, the two bits of advice that I could ever give to a parent is;

- Always get down to their eye level and explain why what they've done is wrong and the reason for why they are in trouble for it.
- Never forget the fact that you were once a child yourself.

These are two aspects that I brought into my parenting, and for me at least, it has worked when it's come to rising my daughters - And, I believe, is a factor to why they feel that they can come to me about anything.
