Going to be baptized
I'm nervous. Do I have to? Apparently I do. This just makes me even more nervous.
Anyways, I haven't been to this church because my mom found it last Sunday and she went with my little brother. They gave them these candy sticks and they tasted hella good. My mom told me there would be coffee-- -- and snacks. I mean, yum, ( but is this a bribe to get me to want to go? ) I used to be super excited going to church and I made friends pretty easily. But now I' m nervous. I don't know why?
I personally am not a Christian so I feel bad for being a jerk about it. I shouldn't be complaining :| ( my mom doesn't know ofc that I don't identify as a Christian ) is this, like, bad of me to get baptized as a non-christian? if it is, I'm very sorry, I don't feel safe telling my mom about my religion and stuff like that because of some things ( iykyk )
my stomach is making sure ik I'm nervous, I'm super nervous. is this normal?! why should I be nervous...

Goals:
* Find church clothes rn
* Try and talk to some girls my age
* Learn more about the bible ?
* Get more educated on the bible for knowledge in general !!!
* Stop worrying

Also, question: How long does getting baptized take? I heard 15 minutes...? Is that true?
