i pulled a muscle in my neck because I was drawing I only feel pain whenever I move my head now lololol may the lord give me mercy. does this happen to you often?

yeah that happens to my kneecaps it's the worst but at this point I've learnt to live with it

Apply something on it and Try to give it support and then try rotating it, if it hurts don't do it, if it doesn't, then it might be fine now.

I went to bed instead adsfdgfh, it hurts less but when I apply pressure the ain is back, hopefully it'll be gone soon
