My neighbors or either helpful or meddlesome (1 Viewer)

Yesterday was garbage day, I did not bring the garbage cans in by the end of the day because I didn't feel like it. I was going to bring them in this morning, but then I laid in bed for an hour instead of being proactive.
Anyway, I was gone for 6 hours and somewhere in that time SOMEONE picked up my trash cans and brought them in front of my garage.
To say I feel weirded out is an understatement. What do you think - helpful or creepy?

It was either 1. the neighbor across the street who is weird and watches our every activity when we're outside or 2. the right next door old couple that is outside everyday a. smoking and b. pulling weeds from the garden.

Or someone came to my house who is a family friend, but I think I would've been told about that if that were the case.
