Anyway my sister has a bunch of kids who i visit a lot. But since corona she has taken them out of school and stopped working.

I came over to drop off some stuff and see whats up. And she was like 'you are not working ay' im like yes? She then said if im working with other people then i cant come over.

WTF MY OWN SISTER..... this Corona is pulling families apart!! I don't have the luxury of being workfree study free still have to do both.

Have you experienced anything similar?

I myself haven't experienced it but there are teachers who have grandchildren (and thus are in the risk group) and can't see their own grandchildren but have to watch other people's kids since school is shut down but parents don't know where to drop off their crotch goblin.

I can't leave the house either as I'm the only one in my family that isn't part of the risk groups. I can't do my weekly visits to my grandma but we call more often

Imho, in these trying times, its expected that every family will fight for its own, i do hope things will not go to that point where there is global economic downfall and millions will starve, once you have your own kids i think you might be thinking to do the same so as not to expose your children to the virus.

it's true
they all want kids, don't bother teaching them manners and boundaries, drop them with the grandparents as much as possible, make them do 10 hobbies a day, give them a summer camp each week when it's holiday so they don't have to see them and if they're home, they get their iPad or a phone shoved into their faces so they're quiet.
and when the teacher says that the kids misbehave it's "they have a disability they need all your attention" or "my kid's the next Einstein"

My grandparents recently moved homes (because they're getting older, so they live in a more accessible home now where they can get help more easily). My grandmother messages me every day and is worried because their old house is still full of stuff that needs to be removed. They still have a mess in their new house etc.
I just want to come over and help out but I cant.. So the only thing I can do now is talk to her over the phone :(

From wat I've read, it's reasonable for her to do wat she's doing to avoid/minimize catching it. It's just tat everybody isn't doing the same tat makes her seem different.

I linked in another thread (steps to take {it's not a simple step 1, step 2 thing-more like I extrapolated) on how to avoid worst case scenario while everybody can change just the minimum necessary (not sure how to word this) but it seems nobody is trying to do everything necessary to avoid it (including me).

Oh well, all welcome the viral apocalypse before zombie/climate apocalypse.
