I guess nobody. Once a birthday has been entered, it cannot be changed. At least, I can't.

I suppose that makes sense.

However, perhaps an Alt account (with Groot alias) that doesn't have their B'day shown can make a sig of Groot with their B'day on it. Which happens to be one for everyday... That might actually encourage people to say happy b'day everyday on Groot's profile!
