The one principal always commenting on my outfits when she dress codes me is so inappropriate idgaf. She can easily say "skirts too short out of dress code, office" but she chooses to speak like shes on level in age with the teenage students and uses terminology like "are you going to a club" "skimpy" and has literally physically put hands on a student's breasts for this matter in the past which is not legal AT ALL
Should I file an incident report the next time she speaks out of line to me? last time I filed a report they didn't care but trying is better than sulking and doing nothing. I understand that they need policies for order and professionalism but those policies aren't solid when they quite literally change on a basis of who the principal likes slash who does and doesnt have tits. I just dont think it's acceptable

I wholeheartedly agree with you, and I would suggest reporting her again. Especially the way that she has been touching students, that's disgusting. Better to try and hope something happens than not try at all.

No no specification the earlier report was on a different but equally disgusting incident not involving her. I just mentioned it to say that filling out a report would be right but may lead to little avail

Ah, I see. I still think it'd be worth it though to fill out a report even if much action isn't taken. At least you know you tried to do something and its better to make an effort and hope for the best then not do it at all.
