They got it from their daughter, who caught it from a friend from school.

They aren't anti-vaxxers, but for some reason they refused to get this vaccine. Now they are, for lack of a better word, suffering because of their decision.

Please get vaccinated. Get boosters, wear masks, whatever.

My family are vaxxed and we’ve all now had it. My mum however is classed as clinically vulnerable, and she’s only had mild cold symptoms. Getting vaxxed significantly reduces the risk of symptoms, hospitalisation, and death. We’re mostly over it now, but will continue to socially distance and wear masks.

OMG that's horrible! I agree with everybody else - VAXX UP AND MASK UP, PEOPLE! Like, the vaccine literally takes two seconds, and you can find so many different masks out there, all for cheap!

Anyway, I do hope your sis and BIL feel better soon. How bad do they have it?

My grandma got covid recently, she just felt a little bad but didn't need to be hospitalized thanks to the vaccine, now she already recovered and is feeling great

there has been many breakthrough cases in the country, and MANY in my state alone
