It's not rlly a poem cuz it doesn't rhyme or follow rules, just freestyle/ random thought

Could I ever be loved?
After witnessing despair, reaching out into the darkness for someone
Anyone
Anything...
I'm tired
Anguished.
Nobody loves me, keep telling yourself
My flat hair with dead curls
My biracial hand
Would I ever be able to fit?
Into the rest of the group, who has beautiful straight hair and creamy skin...
Or would I be able to fit into another, with bouncy curls and braids, and dark cocoa complexions?
Or am I just "other"?
What is it to be loved on this day?
Do I not deserve it?
Maybe, maybe not.
But time will tell.
Surely.
