The pipedream:

Jae leaves JYP a year before his contract ends because the guy needs to get the heck out now.
The other four don’t renew their contracts either.
Jae rejoins with Wonpil and Dowoon and they sign with another company.
Sungjin returns from military and joins up.

I'm assuming this is about Jae moving to L.A soon and likely leaving not only JYPE but Day6?

Not that surprised honestly. I have been following Jae's lives and what he has been doing so I was pretty confident he was going to leave. I still had some hope for Day6 leaving JYPE together, but I'm kinda thinking Jae doesn't want to be in band anymore... not cause he dislikes the band but how restricted he feels in kpop scene and how he thinks he might bring hate to the band.

Jae was still mentioning Day6 though in his lives and how he always put them first. I feel like if there’s any bad blood (which I’m not ruling out as such) it’s more likely JYP has caused it rather than the members themselves. With Young K in Katusa now I guess all we can do it just wait til next Summer and see if they stay/resign. I worry more now about Dowoon, because Jae has mentioned LA and Wonpil seems to be doing great as a musical actor, so I hope Dowoon isn’t just there on his own.
