I obviously have a soft spot for Chinese idols and it's even more impressive to me if a non-Chinese idol decides to speak or learn Chinese

To my knowledge other Chinese speaking (not fluent but at least trying or learned some Chinese) = Yoona of SNSD and Minnie of Idle (not sure about the male idols though)
