for new korean unit, i hope so.. but based on lsm plan, they'll focusing on foreign nct unit first ~ i can't read his mind tho

People only think its only foreign units due to the only think leaked is the international expansion of nct... it didnt have nct dream or nct u on there so there so much chance of loads of korean units and more units within countrys what have more than 1 unit in them

I agree NCT needs to promote individual members but maybe in a way that wont make least popular members show as i honnestly wouldnt buy multiple albums but at same time would be sad if jaemin was lowest member..
Maybe in the same way could have buying multiple albums to attend handshake event where all members are...

In every album you get a nct coin.. you need 21 coins to attend the event... at smtown stage place.. obv nct doesnt realise 21 albums a year so to attend you would have to double up albums somewhere..

Wih promoting members they need to push more solo work like jaemin with his tv show and members going on more set talent variety shows like jisung on dance shows...and maybe nct members being teachers on shows like produce 101 and more and more solo songs or duets with non korean artist

It's a double edged sword. The least popular member will definitely be hurt but it's not like they don't know that already. The results will motivate the fans of that member to push harder to get an increase in ranks. It's also a way to push to be the center/main person of the title track. Imagine all the Winwin fans finally getting their wish of Winwin getting a lot of screentime and lines.

The multiple copies of albums can work because of Voting Ballots/Handshake Tickets and the photocards. JYP has the balls to put a set of 90 cards for Twice so it won't feel shameless to have at least 3 types of cards per member. They can also sell a budget version of the album like AKB's theatre version.

Self promo is the name of the game in AKB, they have solo livestreams on showroom to get fans, I think the solo livestreams of just talking to fans can be a refreshing way to interact with them in a very casual setting. This is also a good practice for variety.

If all else fails, release solo photobooks with the member in revealing outfits lmao.

Too many Koreans - I know its kpop but if they are just going add Koreans into 127 there is too many plus they needed at least 1 more Japanese member in 127 i feel

But it’s a Seoul based unit, why wouldnt there be a lot of Koreans? Let U or Dream be the diverse one, just not 127
