I can't speak for The Boyz because I'm not interested at all, but for bad points of Stray Kids (apart from the dumb bits about visuals and height) they are all very true

I think for Stray Kids JYP just doesn't promote his boy groups well enough as they always tend to hit a ceiling compared to SM and YG who have at different times been frontrunners where as JYP has always been better with girl groups and as for The Boyz well it's rare for Korea to get into boys groups anyway so they're more likely to go with big company groups unless a group goes viral.
