Tonight I was helping my mom fix her mattress, she has her own kitty who’s the same breed as my baby who passed earlier this year (Scottish fold). And as I went to lift the mattress her cat gave me a look (along with a movement) that only my kitty ever did. I know it sounds weird but at that moment when she did that, I didn’t see her, I saw my baby.
I don’t know what you want to call the feeling that I had when she did that, it wasn’t sadness or happiness. I just felt the desire to somehow hug my kitty who passed and tell her how much I love and miss her. It was a weird experience but also something I needed.
I’m fine btw, no need to worry. Just wanted to share I suppose.
