the way I look at it, we all do things in life that aren't there smartest when we aren't thinking or stressed out
that's fine when you're ripping up some paper or snapping a pencil in half
I wish I would've thought about breaking pencils last July cause it'd hurt way less than what I decided to do to myself
No one would even notice, I thought. I get top grades in school, drug addicts can't do that. Here's a secret: Having As and Bs didn't cancel out the haze and pounding headaches i got from doing that stuff almost all the time. My lungs are delicate, like a piece of cotton. They didn't deserve to feel me inhale anything but air, and im sorry to myself for that. I was a stupid child that thought causing irreparable damage to my brain would be the coolest thing ever and im frankly still a stupid child yet to reach a point where I can fully reflect on my actions. I'll just look at these ones and be grateful I broke out of this phase of my life before it was really too late for me. Over a year ago during summer is when it started, this spring is where it ended

Sometimes its called huffing so see if that pulls up results (Don't do it by the way and that's an order) but what i would do is condense the spray into a cloth and inhale the chemicals directly
