He called them disgusting and he thinks that they are conspiring against the world because the US is making them pay for tariffs, etc.
Yet, he eats Chinese food at least once a week.

My mum and I have had to tell him that he's being a racist shit and that you're more likely to die from natural causes than the virus itself.

I hate it when he's like this!

i have 2 racist parents
best thing is to ignore them and not say anything. Racists just look for a reaction and attention. They thrive off it.
If he says something, you and your mom should ignore him and talk to each other about something else.

Well, they'll probably change their minds on saturday since my country will probably reach 1000 cases by then and goverment will be considering a full lockdown or something.

I mean, on the flip side the "Chinese food" he is eatinh isn't authentic Chinese food. It's just an Americanized version of the tastes. Like so Americanized that if you show it to native Chinese they would have no idea what are you talking about 💀

My folks can't really afford to be racist towards the Chinese, since we're half an Asian family.
So I am glad at least there is no racism to be had there.

I feel sorry for your dad. But a lot of people are playing the blame game out of paranoia and just fear.

I'm glad my parents aren't racist, they try to think carefully and empathise with others, even if they're different to us
My sisters aren't racist but can be ignorant at times, I call them out on it though
I hate racism so much smh, we're all the same people underneath everything
