It's a habit I've had since I was younger... does anyone else do this?

Or if you don't, what kind of habits do you still have from when you were young?

I have psoriasis, though even if I use the creme I got from my doctor there are sometimes still some loose skin like behind my ear that would fall off anyway so i just pick it away
