I hope YGE gets back to its feet and starts doing what they can do best, except for BP's long hiatuses.

Its kinda like a triangle, i want all three parts to be strong and doing their best, even some parts of the triangle doing poor and shaking

For BP he is doing a great job, from picking the members to their concept and picking their songs
The only thing he is doing wrong is the hiatuses
Personally I think he is a good director and the company needs him, he just need to stop managing everything by himself and be the company face

Well its affecting the CEO who from the outside seems to not do alot it seems to be Yang Hyun-suk doing the most. Together they do not have 50% of shares though.

Now serious, i dont know, most of us hates him for how he behaves and other stupid doings.
I really dont want to justify his doings, but I am barely 12 months into KPOP, what do i know ?
So i am not in a position / confident or i dont take it upon myself to say & rate how much of a role he played and plays on the success of YGE and his groups like 2NE1, BB, BP, Winner, iKON and so on.

I guess thats why i am still hoping everything turns good for all YGE and maybe i am naive and inexperienced in my thinking please have indulgence with me :llama_cheer:

The only good thing he did was find and make big bang which in return boosted YG to massive heights. He has a eye for talent but he never lets that talent reach its full potential, Like where the fuck is Lee Hi.

The weird thing about YG is that I can't 100% figure out what exactly he does.

JYP is a figure head of his company and producer. He advised/disciplines his artists but that's about it. He has a lot of say but I understand he doesn't necessarily run the company even though they're prone to a lot of the mistakes he had did in his reign.
Same with LSM. Man hasn't run SM in over a decade. His hand in production is the main thing he does.
YG...is all over the place.
He batters his artists, handpicks their clothes, apparently approves of songs being released. He's all over the place and influencing his artists with his seedy tactics.
Idk what exactly his job is or what he's supposed to be doing but he's doing too much.
Yang Brothers need to take several seats
All we need is Teddy at this point

agree, picking the clothes is not the job of his calibre XD wtf
i guess he just has the trust issue, like he doesn't think the others can do the thing as instructed..kind of underestimating syndrome whatsoever
